Alice Mccall dress, sportsgirl hat, Louis Vuitton bag, nine west sandals Beginning the recap of Day 2 in Australia's wine country.. Breakfast of pancakes and fresh banana bread kept us going for a good 80% of the day. And no.. I was not the chef.. that privilege was given to Matt. I possess no skills what-so-ever when it comes to anything in the kitchen.
We set out on a big day of wine tasting at around 11am.. found a local market place on the way and stopped to check it out for little trinkets.. and then beginning with Pooles Rock we started the wine tours, followed by Brokenwood, Audrey Wilkinson and Peppertree.
As you can see the day has been fairly well documented. Went home with reds and dessert wines. We finished the day off by stopping by a train track in Neathe for some photos before stopping off at Woolies for some additional groceries we had forgotten. Our dinner theme for day 2 was Australian.. which involved a BBQ..followed by a close to 4 hour spa session (and boy were we cooked by the end of it).
You may wonder why we dressed so formally for wine tasting but we agreed on trying to find "sophisticated" outfits whilst not looking too over the top.. which I think worked quite well.. I managed to fish out an old favourite of mine.. an Alice Mccall cruise 08 piece..
